    Drivekey & Korean Wii

The drive key homepage states that this chip is compatible with a Korean Wii. However it seems that the chip configuration menu is accessed via the gamecube menu.

As the gamecube functionality is not included on Korean wii's doe anyone know how to access the chip settings using a Korean wii?

Also when the chip is delivered what are the default settings for this configuration menu?

    UPDATE:

Ozmodchips have confirmed that there is no way way to access the settings of this chip with a Korean Wii due to the lack of Gamecube compatibility support

Well I cant see any settings you need to change from default.

It has import update blocker already enabled (well mine did) and think the import region update override was enabled as well! I know the auto boot game was not enabled (I would like this disabled any way) and the drive key is automaticly turned on as default so you do not have to get into there to turn it on

It was the autoboot function I was interested in. However after more discussions with ozmodchips, they reckon it should be the case that if I make an autobootable disc from a modified iso file then this "should" autoboot anyway regardless of thechip autoboot setting being on or off.

oh ok wouldnt know about that.

Have you tried and ask them if they can change the settings before they send it??? not sure if the wii saves the information or if the chip can save it. But if the chip can save the settings then you could change it on another wii befor installing it into yours. a bit of a pain but
