Ok, last night, after much debate I went ahead and installed HBC.

Prior to that I was very hesitant to update the Wii when a particular game required it. But last night I felt confident and updated the Wii after a game asked for it and worked very nicely.

I have one more question though, after I installed HBC and went into it to see what it is all about, it prompted me if I want to update it to version 1.1! What is that about? Should I do go for it?

Ok, after having looked further into this I can see that WAD files must be played via the WAD Manager in the HBC to work.

What about (backed up) Virtual Console games? Can I put those on an SD card and play them from there in the Wii? Or do I need an app to play these through the HBC, too?

Just out of curriosity: How does it work with the original, downloaded games etc. from Nintendo? Are they stored in the internal memory, or on the SD card, if present? Are they in WAD or Virtual Console format or both?
