Solved: turns out its a Trucha issue. Since I'm on 4.3 and hardmodded the code exploit to the ISO won't work. I found a work around and loaded action replay codes through the letterbomb exploit. Full uncensored gory victory!

Cool. I would probably get this game and try this if you were more specific about how you got it working.

You are saying you didn't modify the iso but used codes to get rid of the censorship? Are these codes supported in any USB loaders or do you have to run some other homebrew to make them work?

Not sure as to why it wouldn't work with the hardmod from your own region, yet essentially worked via softmod technique. That doesn't make sense.

That's correct. I used an original copy with action replay for wii on an sdcard which launches a code list based on an XML file on the card. This is a temporary softmod that launches Letterbomb. Its much like using SD Media launcher for GCN. I converted and modified Wiird codes into action replay format put it in the XML file and voila, no censorship.

However traditional softmod is far easier. These codes are supported in USB Loader as ocarina/gecko/wiird codes downloadable in the loader.
