d2pro chip pre-solded red light :(( help pls!
hello,
i got a d2pro chip on my wii it is a LEH10637313.
but i only get a red light and the dvd stops running
what is the problem?

can you post pic of install? if its on a clip..what version firmware is on the chip?

yes i will asap and it is on a clip and it is the 2.3 firmware

same thing with me too...try uploading the pic using photobucket then copying the image URL (I think) to your post.

if you take the clip off does the black chip underneath say d2b? or d2c? if it says d2c then points C D E F on the wii clip need to be soldered as well like G H and J are

I checked his serial number and by the looks of it GMODZ, it seems to be a DMS chipset.
Hmmmmmm  very strange indeed. But i'm wondering if the D2pro9 accepting the drive. Hmmmm
