Try the phillips DVD-R or the verbatim DVD-R (Taiyo Yuden) and burn the game with either imgburn or alcohol 120% at 4x...give it a shot. wiis with D2pros love the phillips DVD-R or verbatim...also check to see that your ISOs are 4.37gb nothing less than it.

Thanks for the advice. Don't have any of those discs at the moment, I will take it back to them let them figure it out. To much headache for me.

Don't think the games the prob. Games works on my friend wii no problem. Guessing the clip moved. U did check it in front of me got home and a different story. Will bring it by tomorrow.

i have the d2pro9 v3 (g2/g2c2) , mines works happily on tdk +r and also on lightscribe imitation +r - altho I burn using nero and always at 4x (just to play safe)

yeah bring it by...another reason why clips arent the best...i was soldering initially and u said u wanted to pay more for the clip..clips are delicate and if u shake around the wii to much they can pop off

Yeah...even though it works fine...you are killing the laser in your wii. I always advise everyone here...DON'T USE +R FOR YOUR WII BACKUPS!!!!! you will see it working, but the wii is telling a different story.

hi darkmod, why do you say +r will kill the laser on the wii? - the d2pro9 website mentions it supports both +R and -R, but does not mention any warnings not to use the +R?
