I had my sons wii fitted with a D2E modchip and its running v3.3e firmware
and it will not play any of my backup games.
I know the firware needs to be downgraded to v3.2 but it wont even play 1:1 games that i burnt with raw dump 2.0 and img burn 2.4.2.0
I have tried verbatium dvd+r ,sony dvd-r,datastream dvd+r,mr data dvd-r
every time the pc says the burn was sucessful!!!
The game i have tried without editing the iso is Music pal

if its Scrubbed it wont play
was the download less than a gig? if so its scrubbed, so you got to downgrade, or patch to play it *or boot in gecko OS*

you should try verbatim dvd-r
if you do downgrade the firmware, Wii Music needs ios 37 or 38 to run properly, You have 3.3e firmware atm, Maybe wii music is a trucha signed disc and the newer firmware wont allow you to play it, I have wii music and I can play it on my wii with 3.2e firmware.
Also could try gamma loader for it.
Also what speed are you burning at? Slow speeds are better like 2.4x or 4x

im sure its scrubbed, i dont think ive ever seen a full, just boot in gecko OS, patch it with ios 51/shop installer or as i said above downgrade with the link

i have 6 original games music,star wars clone wars,big beach sports,wii play,wii sport and wii fit.
Do you know if any of these in backup for will play with 3.3e?
every game will play on 3.3+ if their not edited outside of homebrew channel

a lot of IOS's get updated, some are up to 6 updates, meaning having it and having the updated/needed isnt known, when most people use like 5, its rather unknown what they do and dont have, in addition there are over 400 games, and every region might use a different region etc etc
