It could possibly be a DVD media/brand issue or bad image. Is this the only PAL game you have tried?

Yes this is the only Pal game I tried. I burned 10 Ntsc games using the same disc and they all work great! Maybe its not working because i tried to patch it to ntsc.

I patched it back to PAL and im burning it again and i'll see if that works. If not, can anyone help me find a NTSC Shrek the Third? I downloaded the PAL because I could not find a ntsc copy anywhere on the net. All of the ones i found had no seeds and basically wasn't downloading

and the PAL version I download came from wiiiso.com

so i converted it back to PAL and its still a no go. All my NTSC games work with this media, so i dont understand why a PAL game wont work. Maybe it is a bad iso.. but still, it came from wiiiso.com so i assumed its good quality.

May be try another PAL game and see if that has an issue, if not then it oould be that the image of the one you are having issues with is bad.

ok like this download game, use wiifri to convert from pal to ntsc, then use brick blocker, not needed but be safe,
then burn using imgburn at 4x speed,
then it should load if not i think it ya media!

i say that because i have a pal wii but have to use dvd+r for ntsc games

    thanks

I have used both regionfrii and wiu, tried both verbatim + r and verbatim - r and the load screen appears, but when i hit start, it goes black and the wii freezes. so its not my media because both the disc's i mentioned work on all my ntsc games no problem.

so it must be the iso. which is strange because i thought wiiiso.com was reliable.
