    Ca My problem

I purchased a D2Pro9 rev 3 + WiiClip V4C-3 presoldered from Gmodz and their site state this "D2pro9 with clip comes with latest 2.3 firmware to fix eject and inching issues for d2c/d2c2 drives" Now my problem is that when i clip on my clip it locks up my drive but if i take apart the wii i have no problem getting discs in and out of the wii.All i get is a red led on the chip. Now i have a D2b chip drive and from what i have read is as follows for the D2b drive only points G,H,J are to be soldered to the clip but on mine it has c,d,e,f,g,h, and j soldered -can someone tell me if this is right for my D2B???i also get a message when i put a game in back-up/orignail that say please eject disc power of console and refer to the wii owners manual for trouble shooting help

I just got my v3 soldered on with no clip. Works great. I have a d2b board, and firmware 2.3 and i have no inching, no eject issues, and brick blocking games and changing regions work perfectly. Personally i think its the clip everyone is using. Not reliable in my opinion. Solder the wires right to the board and you'll have no problems.
