    D2Pro9 Region-Free Problem

I just got a D2Pro9 with Wii-clip installed in my Wii. All NTSC backups work perfectly, but when i tried Zelda Twilight Princess PAL in my Wii, it gives a black screen after attempting to start the game. I updated to the latest SPI flash v1.6. But my Actel chip's firmware is still only 1.1. Is this causing my region-free to not be working? Or is Zelda just unable to play region-free? Thanks!

Edit: I have the latest Wii firmware 3.3 if that matters

Try setting your region by first loading an original NTSC game then trying the pal version of Zelda.

Ive already tried that. Put in Wii Sports and Mario Party right after install, still doesn't work. Any other ideas?

Do you have an NTSC or PAL Wii originally?

The PAL Zelda (real disc, not patched) won't work on an NTSC Wii no matter what chip or homebrew program (that I have tried).
