yeah or may be the pins insider the rubber part is lose, or your ic pin is loose try cleaning up the rubber part of the clip and your ic pin legs. They might be touching when you tight up the case. Since you keep taking off teh wii clip you might have screw up the presoldered points in the rubber part of the wii clip or your ic pins on the wii chip.

Well I'm shipping it back monday and getting a replacement. techsick has great customer service and there giveing me a store credit that will more than cover the cost of shipping so I'm good. I'm pretty impressed with these guys.

I've read on other forums, that if you keep taking it off, and putting it back on, that it will eventually just be loose inside! I would just send it back, and explain to them what happened, and get a new one shipped back! I've ordered the D2CPro from mod-chip.bz, and they are actually pretty good I think! Right when I placed my order I got an email saying they ran out of the D2CKey, and that they could send me the D2CPro instead! So ya, the service is nice, because they do respond to my emails pretty quickly! And their Prices are way cheap!

I got the D2CPro already soldered to the Wii-Clip for $63! Pretty good I think!

But ya, when I get my D2CPro in the mail (says it will be here Friday), I will for sure post how it's going!
