hello. where can i get a copy of the game?
Not exactly sure where to download, I've seen a forum on the homepage here that discusses downloading and backup/burning to disc. Maybe try there first.
Otherwise, I actually purchased the games from a seller on craigstlist and local meetup.
Hope that helps.
I just try to install this but i get is a black screen i tried to instal diiop file , what am I doing wrong ?
when i try signing ios 53, it only updates 9 of 14 nand blocks, then it quits out to the homebrew channel menu, gives me error -1, i tried running the game with neogamma r8 beta 15, still get the green screen.

Using this method worked perfect for me. Have been playing for a few weeks already. Now I want to use some Ocarina cheats but nothing seems to work. I tried choosing the codes option in Neogamma R8, but when I do this the cheats don't work.
If I load the same cheat code in GeckoOS from homebrew browser, the cheat works but the game fails.
There must be something simple here I'm missing. I'm a novice. Any suggestions? I read some guides about using Ocarina, with NSMB but it was to run the game without crashing...not using cheats.
First time tried, the direction was great. I had d2pro modchip but didn't know which one it was but decided to give the instruction a try and I was able to play New Super Mario after all the installation. Thanks a bunch!!!
Ok, finally got NSMB working great after allot of different testing on my system. This instruction set did not work for me. I upgraded the system to 4.2u so that was probably a cause.
System: 4.2u - D2Pro 9wire (v2.3 firmware)
Installed HB channel and that works fine. Tried running dop-ios and NeoGamma from HB channel and the screen would just stay black after trying to run those, had to reboot system each time.
The Gecko OS and NSMB code worked for me. Running the game by itself would stop working after 5min. Running the game from Gecko OS without NSMB code would work for 15min. Running the game from Gecko OS with NSMB code stable played for 1+hrs.
Working combo: 4.2u - D2Pro 9wire (v2.3 firmware) - HB Channel 1.0.6 - Gecko 1.9.2b (r13) OS(from \apps folder on SD) - SMNE01.gct(placed in \codes folder on SD card)
Booted Wii with SD card in, launch HB channel, inserted game on DVD(burned at full speed using imgburn to DVD-R), run Gecko OS, select "launch DVD", finds code msg comes up and launches game.
bestknightmare if you give the instructions a go, I'm sure you'll be able to follow the steps and get the workaround playing NSMB. I posted my feedback to let other members know the instructions work fine, just some of the names used was incorrect or perhaps changed since the post started (unsure why).

Hope I can give you and others the confidence to try these instructions, as the OP did a great job and everything works perfectly.
