I have a D2Pro V3 chipset, download the utility disk V1.7 software but I do not know how to upgrade to the new D2Pro chipset V2.3 Firmware. I have the new D2Pro V2.3 software but how do I install it on the Wii chipset? I ran the Utility disk but what do I do from there? Do I add the new D2Pro V2.3 software to the utility and install it from the Utility disk? also what is the USB driver download used for?

when you load the utility disc it will ask you to hold down the reset button to update the chipset. The hardware actel firmware will remain at 2.3, but the spi firmware will go to 1.7

and it should mean bad or good? if bad, what is the correct procedure to upgrade the firmware? I have searched over and over and just figured out d2prog with a USB cable that I didn't understand how to do it very well
