hey. I hope this is the right place to post. My question is if there is any way of changing the uLoader music? the app on, from the channel. I must also underline that uLoader is on my wii, and not on the sd card, so is it possible? how will I be able to copy music to it? Please move the topic if it isn't in the right place.
Yes there is but it doesnt work with full channel .....so use a forwarder which is better anyway....as with channel you cant save when you set uLoader hacks...find my forwarder thread there is a great uloader forwarder by robgee
you have to use .mod for musicMod[file format] and has to be named music.mod
it has to go in /apps/uloader/
background pic 640x480 goes /apps/uloader/
/apps/uloader/boot.dol, icon.png, meta.xml, music.mod, xxxxx.png

from where do i get the .wad? I need the wad from my original uLoader from the system menu right? if yes, how can I get it?

delete your uloader channel[through data management]...install one from the thread linked above....it will show you the paths it will look in
so after I delete it, what do I do. I saw something about the paths : /apps/uLoader/boot.dol/elf
/uLoader/boot.dol/elf . Is any of this the one I place the .wad file in? My uLoader is installed on the system menu.
Ok I try it again. I delete the channel, then I place the .wad in thye apps folder, then I install it, and using it i search for one of the paths above?
Can I keep the original one and try delete it after installing the forwarded one?
Forwarder is a shortcut.... it appears on system menu as a channel but it boots the program from the sd card.....
so you have to have uloader boot.dol in one of these paths.....
/apps/uLoader/boot.dol/elf
/uLoader/boot.dol/elf
you install the forwarder wad with a wad manager.....
where can I find a converter for .mod ?
Your best bet is to d/load .mod music files converting from mod to mp3 is possible but mp3 to mod is another animal in itself. Just d/load some good .mod music files. There's great stuff out there. I know it's cliched but google it.Quote:
