How do you get the Riivolution to work with Bannerbomb exactly? I'm trying to change the music on Tatsunoko vs Capcom: UAS, I have all the parts (I think) and I heard you can run Riivolution without installing the homebrew channel on the Wii, but I'm not sure how to do this, can someone help me please? Btw, my Wii firmware is 4.2E.

    Download a bannerbomb pack
Replace the boot.dol file in SD:\ with the boot.dol from riivolution
Place your xml file in SD:\riivolution
    place your music in SD:\tvc

You can get a bannerbomb pack that's already setup for mario kart wii in that section of the first post in this thread. Just add the \tvc folder to it.

Right, let me see if I've got this right then. I've downloaded the 4.2E Mario Kart version of that pack. So, all I need to is add this programming file (XML) into the Riivolution on its own and the music goes into a folder which I create called tvc? Are you sure it won't be tvcuas or is it definately just tvc for the new version?

Is there anything else I need to do towards it?

As far as I know it should work, but I've never tried it myself. Just looked up the info and put 2&2 together. The thread on TvC is here: RVLution • View topic - How to change the music in Tatsunoko vs. Capcom

Try it and if it doesn't work you'll know to try something else.

Ok, does the music need to be in a different format other than MP3, cause Riivolution didn't recongise the song I put in there. I'm guessing it's SSD right? I'll try that other template out tonight.

This is awesome, I think the Wii's hacks are finally going above and beyond.

I'm trying to figure this out - I'm trying to finally customize the music in TMNT Smash Up but I have no idea where to start.

Does it need it's own XML coding and such, can someone point me in the right direction? All I want to do is replace the music, I'm guessing it shouldn't be too hard with all that has been done already.

riivolution looks like an incredible piece of programming, my compliments to the makers

One thing that has piqued my curiosity regarding riivolution though is the possibility of enabling classic controller or gamecube pad support in NSMB Wii such that full 4 player support could be done without 4 wiimotes.

I'm thinking that the main difficulty would be in the mapping of the shaking motion to a button press if its a difficulty at all.

So would it be theoretically possible and how complicated might it be?

    Thanks
