    WiiRadio v0.5 released

Source - wiiradio - Project Hosting on Google Code
    Download - radiow_05.zip
    WiiBrew - WiiRadio - WiiBrew
    scanff - Scanff.com
    ------------------------------------------------------------

WiiRadio is a SHOUTcast stream player. It can read from thousands of Internet radio streams and play them back on the Wii. Thanks to scanff for this media player.

    Installing The Application
Copy the "radiow" directory to your SD under /apps
NOTE: DO NOT rename "radiow" directory.
Tested on PAL 3.2 - works fine.
Tested on NTSC 3.3v2, 4.0 - works great!

    Playlists
Copy the playlist file to "/apps/radiow/pls" on your SD card. Saving playlists from WiiRadio will create a *.pls file under "/apps/radiow/pls". Pressing the "+" button will add the playing station to the Playlists.

Hey Stomp, My wife and I really enjoy this app. It's easy to use and the music stations are excellent. That being said, I don't like my wife poking around in Homebrew with all my apps, DOP-Mii, Wad Manager, Channel Updater, etc... Is there a WiiRadio Channel or forwarder that you know of? I've been searching and found a wad on mediafire but it gave me a file is corrupt, see your wii manual for help message after I installed it. I'm not going to keep messing around with it if nobody knows of a working channel. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'll give a look around for one, you may also want to search for a thread here where a few members posted links to other threads where forwarders were available to download.

Thanks for the help. Let me know if you happen to come across one that works. I've tried a few from links found here and I'm not having any luck with them working properly. I've also tried a few from Youtube links but they wouldn't sync to my wireless network and would eventually give me a dump error.

    bitrate filtering..

I love the program, very nice work. But am I missing something? No sense in listening to great music if its a low bit rate. Is there any way to filter shoutcast stations by bitrate.
