What ever you do don't put themes on the wii. That is the stupidest way to brick your wii when you make a simple mistake.
Come to the Irc room to get help or just have fun

Motivation alone is not enough. If you have an idiot and you motivate him, now you have a motivated idiot.

you know most of these guys on here that tell you not to do something,is either true or they are just scared,as long as you back up your nand with bootmii and install priiloader, you can use custom themes on your wii,as long as you use the correct theme version as your wii and not get bricked, even if you do get ahold of a corrupted theme and it bricks your wii, thats when priiloader and bootmii come in.i will update instructions in my thread, right now,but i do have 4.2U themes and the apps to backup your system. http://www.wiihacks.com/customizatio...2u-themes.html

Hardryve- You might benefit from poking your head in the bricked wii section of the forum and checking out how many people are in there because of theme installs. Themes don't simply put pictures on your system menu, they replace your system menu with an altered one that some 13 year old kid probably made.

    In conclusion: Themes=Fail.

thats a very true statement,i will agree with you there, but thats why i dont recommend installing themes from just anyone.the themes in my thread are checked by me personally after i converted them,i would not and will not post bad themes,i also put a tutorial on my thread which has to be read before installing themes.i also recommend doing a little research on wii themes before installing them, dont just take my word about themes, make your own assumption after your research.

Suggesting that an experienced guy like thuc was "just scared" because he aptly warned someone against a risky course of action, especially when no such warning was presented in this thread? You owe him an apology hd.
