Alright so I am no good at coding myself so I dont know if this is even possible, but I think it would be amazing if someone made an app or an IOS modification(38?) that enabled ones wii speak to be automatically turned on when a person connects to wifi. It would be cool if it let you talk to anyone registered in ur wii friends and wasn't specific to just wifi friends in a certain game (such as AC:WW). Thats my suggestion... Assuming its even possible lol (I may be an idiot!!!):D

Thats something I have been wonderin too. I want to get the Wii Speak but dont have any interest in Animal Crossing. Would be fun to have in Mario Kart while playing with friends and family.
Unfortunatly the nintendo online system does not support it like Xbox Live does. I bet wii2/hd will have this service but I bet it won't be free.
I skype my friends if we are playing online (mario kart etc)
