Installing WADs via USB (Wad Manager 1.4) ERROR (Ret = -1)

    Hi guys,

This is the 1st ever issue ive come across since softmodding last year..

I've just got an external hard drive.. mapped the drive the same way an SD card (SD:/wads) etc..

I've copied over some wads (which are too big for my SD) on to the USB HDD.. Launched WM 1.4.. Selected Mass Storage USB 2.0 option, also tried Mass Storage option too.. but when it tries to load the drive I get an error

    ERROR (Ret = -1)

Any idea's what's stopping it from reading the WADs?

    (Apologies for the dual post)

do you have the FAT32 PArtition marked as active on the HDD... becasue the WAD manger is stupid (lol) you will have to have the FAT32 marked as the active partition... it will not find it otherwise (haha)

You might be right with that! - I didnt mark it Active, as last time i attempted to do so (with my old hard drive - to test, before i purchased this one for my bro) it screwed up my dual boot on my PC haha!

I'll try that now!! - I think this will work
