    Question

    Hi there,

I'm also having this exact problem, Error (ret = -1), when I try to access WADs on my USB HDD. I've tried it with WAD Manager 1.5 and 1.6a, but get the error either way. On my SD card, it works fine. Also, on my SD card, the WADs are in a folder called "wad" -- should they also be in a folder called "wad" on the root of the FAT32 partition or just loose on the root of the FAT32 partition? And yes, I've read this post and have set the FAT32 partition to be "active", but am still having no luck... Is there a size limit for the partition so that WAD Manager can see it? My partition is currently set to 16GB.

    Thanks for any help!

Since I haven't heard back from anyone, here's some more info that may help... I used DOP-Mii to do a System Check and these are the results:

As you can see, I have cIOSXv19 installed (with base 38), and Hermes cIOS v5, so I don't see what the problem could be with WAD Manager not seeing the USB drive. Please, if anyone has any thoughts on this, I would very much appreciate if you could reply here. Thanks!
