    mplayer_ce forwarder channel ??

Forwarder channel for mplayer_ce, anyone sucusfully used one ?? only ask as I have just downloaded one and for some reason I cant get it to work, the actual download has the actual mplayer _ce forwarder folder containg the following :

    forwarder dol file
    icon
    meta

thought it was just a case off adding the main folder containing the above the files to the apps folder on the sd card but tried that and the channel is still not showing up in the main wii menu.

anyone able to advise what I am possibly doing wrong ??

    Ca

rename forwarder.dol to just boot.dol and put in your apps folder. If you want a channel in the wii menu you need the wad WADder - Custom Channel Downloads

a forwarder is a shortcut so you dont have to go through the homebrew channel. and the wad method your talking about installs it directly onto your wii and you dont need an sd card or usb device... something like that

Can someone post that WAD somewhere else, or send it to me? Wadder is closed down now?
