I've heard some different things about this. I've heard that this is an official wanikoko release, and I've also heard that rev15 is going to be released by wanikoko on christmas eve. I'm just throwing this information out for you to think over (and also for anyone to clarify if the have any reputabule sources.) I have rev14 installed and can play every game out there. It's linked in my sig.

Since you seem unsure: For future reference... .dol files are installed by creating a new folder called whatever you want in the apps folder on your sd card, putting the files in that new folder, and renaming the .dol file to boot.dol after that go to homebrew and install it that way.

For wad installation, put the file in the wads folder on your sd card, go to wadmanager in homebrew, then install it.

I would personally recommend sticking with rev14 as of now. It works with the newest games. If it's not broke don't fix it.

    Harvest Moon: Animal Parade

I can play most older backups, I have apparently installed cIOS38 rev 14 sucessfully with wad manager 1.5. I use SoftMii for my softmod, and it emulates? a firmware of 3.2. I have an NTSC-U Wii and an NTSC-U iso. The iso has been scrubbed apparently, but that isn't supposed to cause a problem. I burned the disc very sucessfully on Verbatim DVD-r and load it up in the wii. Immediately the wii sounds as though it was skipping, (which usually happens to my backups when they stop being read correctly) There is no title screen, and attempting to boot the game up in GeckoOS 0.3 gamma results in a "Disc Read Error 324"

I'm not sure what the issue is. Is there a way to check which cISO I have currently being used by the system? Do I need to install a particular IOS? I have never gotten this error before so I lean towards an IOS Error, if anyone knows what the problem is, or what sort of cIOS or IOS I need to run this game, I'd be most appreciative if you'd link it for me, so I can get this baby going.

    Thank you for your time.

Although on the whole r15 does appear to work, some users have reported that on the odd game it does spout the 002 error.
