Thanks for this prompt. Been wanting to install iPlayer for some time now but didn't want to lose HBC etc. Worried about bricking my Wii and re-installing HBC I found this an excellent work around.
    thanks for the heads up.

I'm on 4.1E after following the full softmod guide on the home page of wiihacks.

I used your file and Iplayer works great.

    iplayer for V4.0

i read al the posts on this subject, downloaded all the .Wad files that were suggested. none worked for me. im running a bannerbomb soft mod on my V4.0.

i came across this link and within 10 minutes, i had iplayer up and running.

    http://www.wiihacks.com/homebrew-dow...installer.html

it has not affected my homebrew channel or the apps i run through it (mainly neogammer)

    good luck

    thanks to genius2008

Thanks. This worked on my 3.2E, which was region-changed from my Japanese console 3.2J. I followed the soft mod any 3.1-4.1 guide and installed all the recommended IOS. (Apart from didn't install the priloader and update system menu, as i'm on 3.2, I didn't need to)

I've updated the shop and downloaded the iPlayer channel alright.

But, after I clicked on the Start button in the iPlayer channel, I only got a black screen and hang. Any help please?
