4.1U/E Themes + MyMenuify GUI

I have bricked my Wii, and been trying to recover for a couple of weeks with no success.
I am on system menu 4.1 with Wiikey installed.
No bootMii or forwarder setup. (…..I know!)
After installing MyMenuify GUI, the wii rebooted with System files corrupt.
I tried to use the GC on port 4, and I do get the black screen with version number, but boot.dol, boot.elf on the SD card aren’t being read.
I tried to boot Twilight by holding Y on the GC controller on port 1.
Didn’t work.
I have managed to create autoboot games (using Wii_BootMe) and they work.
I then tried to play Zelda with the Twilight hack on the SD, but I guess because I’m on version 4.1, Twilight isn’t working.
I have used Trucha Signer to replace the main.dol by the WAD installer, but again the disk doesn’t load because Trucha Signer doesn’t support 4.X version.

1. Does anyone knows of an application similar to Trucha Signer that would work on 4.1E
2. Otherwise, anyone with suggestion on how to restore the system files or fix my issue is welcome.

The 4.1E or Pal are untested please someone with brick resistant wii's test the pal ones and report if all are working properly thanks

I tried a few of the 4.1 ntsc themes, the themes worked fine most of them looked kinda shitty so i went with the matrix. now my backups load through the disk channel but after changing the theme they would not load anymore? so i put the original theme back in and they load in the disk channel again??

does anybody have answer as to why this happens?
and is there a solution?

Thanks so much, your the best i been looking for already csm files cause for some reason i couldn't convert my .mym to .csm
