is it possible to send files from pc to wii?

i thought i heard of a program that does this but i cant remember. if there is could someone please help me out, cuz i think it can be soo much easier to send apps and stuff directly to my sd card, instead of going back and forth from my computer to my room, etc..

I've searched around but couldn't really find an answer to my question

There is an application called "Hombrew browser" it downloads apps directly from the internet to a folder on the root of your SD card called "apps". Which will then show up on the homebrew channel. Yeah, so just google "Homebrew browser"

kinda thanks, but i think i'm looking for something like ftpii or smb sharing like in some apps. problem is i dont know how to set them up.

You might be thinking of FTPii, an FTP server for the Wii. You will also need an FTP Manager such as Filezilla to connect FTPii to your Wii after you initiate FTPii. This will meet your need for wireless transfer of your files over your network.

There's also a program call Wiixplorer which is in Alpha stage that allows transfer from smb shares on your PC to USB and SD attached to your Wii.

yeah, i downloaded that the other day, it is a great piece of software. i love being able to edit my sd card on the fly.

i noticed the smb thing in this app and a couple others, i just dont know how to set it up. any help?
