Reading ISO

Hi,

Is there a PC app that reads Wii ISO's and report what the game name is and its region ?

edit :-

I know about wbfs manager 3.0/1 but they only work when the usb drive is attached

Yes you could try using Wiibrickblocker, it gives you that information plus the version of the update that is on the disc too.
