CIOS Rev13 Released by Waninkoko
A new version of Waninkoko's Custom IOS for the Nintendo Wii has been released today
New Features and changes
- Read speed improved.
- EHCI module improved.
- SDHC module improved.
- DIP plugin improved.
- ES plugin updated.
- Implemented new system anti error 002.
cIOS rev 13b is out already. can't get thru to waninkoko site to confirm, seems like it crashed. Something to do with the removement of the 002, resulting in faster read speeds. check this link:[Only Registered Users Can See Links. Click Here To Register]
Just wondering, If I do not use any games that require usb item, is there any advantage to upgrading from V10 to V13? Just everyhting is working fine for me on V10, so just wondering what others think.
I have Rev13 installed and got a error 2 with the game broken sword. I then installed Rev12 and the game started playing without error 2. Just wanted to let the Amazing poeple that created the USB related software now of this issue.
Sorry, Did not see the Rev13b, the issue i had was with Rev13.

I've had everything on mine working sweet for a month now, so If it ain't broke, don't try and fix it, just leave it as it is.
I had some problems installing this, and I thought I'd post a small guide for anyone else with similar problems.
#1: Uninstall previous version of cIOS with Any title deleter or any other homebrew app that can delete the same things.
In Any title deleter cIOS is IOS249.
(I uninstalled IOS38 too before I installed the cIOS, but Stomp 442 says you shouldn't, so maybe you shouldn't at least it's working for me now)
#2: Put the "IOS38-64-v3610.wad" and the installer .dol file on your sd card.
#3: Then get and/or run Preloader to start install choose "Installed ***" option.
