No - there's no easy way, just different ways.

ISOs are 4GB+, 100 ISOs is 430GB ish, 100 WBFS games is about 200GB, so the best option is to have another WBFS just as a backup somewhere, another external or an internal drive you don't use, that would be the best way - a mirror WBFS drive. Second best would be just the ISOs somewhere, third best would be DVDRs.

WBFS Manager can do WBFS drive to ISO or another WBFS drive, you just have to drag & drop them to the drive of your choice, hook it up to your PC, choose what option you prefer, it's all there in WBFS - it's just getting to know how to use it to its best option for you.

If you are reformatting your Wii HDD, I would go for 400GB for games (that would be close to 200 games worth) and the rest for FAT32 use for your Wii - leaving room for Homebrew, ISO Loaders & images, WiiWare & VC & DLC, ROMs, Media Player etc can all be on there and give you much more from your Wii than you thought possible.

Keep asking questions if you are not sure,

    cheers,

The wbfs manager did work perfectly for me, but now he stopped
I can play games on the WII from the hard disk, but I can't put more games on the HD because the manager "hangs"; it starts up, then it takes forever to load the data from the hard drive, and when i want to load a game on the HD, it looks likes he's transfering the game, but he stops (there is a window that indicate that he's transfering, but it "hangs") i've already tried several times to un - and install 3.01 en 2.2 but no luck. (also used ccleaner after uninstall)
can someone please help with this? (please in simple words) or is there another manager to put games to the hard drive? (i think not, i've already searched the internet).

i apologize in advance if this issue has already been addressed in this thread but im currently trying to use the drive-to-drive function for WBFS manager 3.0 and im not easily finding the first steps as to what to do what im trying to to do transfer the wbfs games on one external hd to another external hd, the screenshot for the program on the first page of this thread shows a third pane on the bottom of the window for a second drive but i dont have that, in face the "clone drive" function is greyed out for me... can anyone help? thanks in advance
