blackops iso non wii bootable

I have looked every where, i have a black ops rar, is there a simple process so that I can use power iso to make a wii bootable backup. It reports non bootable dvd when decompressed. It is in iso format, just not recognised as a wii iso. Or just use imgburn to burn to wii recognised disk? Thanks in advance.
At the end of the day I want to use it in wii flow,so if there is another of getting it on my external usb hard disk then great.:confused:

There is a guide for this game. This isn't a bootable disc (if you literally mean bootable). Find the guide and follow it if you're having issues.
