    Rawdump version

I was wondering what is the difference with:

    Rawdump 2.0
    Rawdump 2.1
    Rawdump 2.2
    Rawdump 2.5
    Rawdump 3.0
    Rawdump 4.0

The program is better went the version is highler?

To copy Wii games, I use Rawdump 2.0.
Should I use rawdump 4.0 or any Rawdump highler that 2.0?

To copy games quickly you shouldnt use rawdump at all!

Its much quicker to dump games direct to a USB HDD with any USB Loader on the wii (MUCH quicker).

I would like my Wii HDD to be reading as a SD card.
    Should I do partition as:

X gb as NTFS for the computer, X gb as FAT for my SD card and the rest as for Wii backup game?

    Sorry for your time...Newbie question

Why not answer the question that was asked instead of providing an editorial opinion that does answer the question? The OP asked which version of RawDump should be used and listed several versions.

I clicked here LOOKING for an answer regarding RawDump not opinion as to why USB loaders are faster or better. Some of us don't wish to Softmod our Wiis and/or simply have a desire or need to backup using a PC.

    To the OP:

From MY limited understanding there are ONLY 2 stable versions of RawDump

    2.0 - older some bugs
2.1 - newer with Dual Layers Support (reported not to work) and a bit faster.

The other version you list do not appear to exist. From what I can gather there were some older versions of rawdump that were 0.x and 1.x but they are not at all useful for anything as 2.0 and 2.1 are their bug fixed brothers.

There is also a program call FriiDump that is about the same. It is just a bit slower, but is said to provide more reliable dumps due to its checksum features.

I am just repeating what I have read... I am using rawdump 2.1 and 1 hour into my first backup.
