Do you mean .rar files? anyways.open the folder with all the files in it, open the 1st part/file and select the destination folder for the iso, It should take all the files and put them back together or something and you end up with iso..

you have bitcomet... .bc... they are incomplete files maybe from lost connection? try deleting the torrent but NOT THE DATA.. then redownload it from same website and see if it finishes?.... or what other files are in the folder?

Are you showing file extensions in windows? If not go into folder options and check 'show extensions for known filetypes'.
I am pretty sure you will find they are .r00 to .r94 or whatever.
You need to find the .rar file and unpack them using a program such as WinRar or 7-zip (free). Then you will be left with and iso image.
