When you opened the SD card in WBFS manager what dod the program tell you the size was? There's Total Space, Free Space etc at the botom of the app.
Ok I got a second Micro SD card that is fresh and clean and was formatted by WDFS Manager. Now I tried to copy the Punch Out iso, but it says I dont have enough memory. The ISO is 4.7G my sd is 7.98G .. DO I need to compress this iso?

WBFS compresses isos as it copied them across from your iso to the WBFS drive. The scrubbed version of Punch Out is 3.7GB so that'll be, more or less, the size on WBFS drive. Maybe the SD card is not fully compatible.
