WiiHacks is holding a drawing for a brand new black Wii. To enter, make a USD $5.00 donation, through PayPal, to WiiHacks. See below for more details.

Eligibility

The use of a third-party draw service allows ALL members (including WiiHacks Staff) who donate within the draw period to be eligible.

How to Enter

Each USD $5.00 donation, made through PayPal to WiiHacks, is credited with one draw. There is no limit on either the number or amount of donation, so a USD $20.00 donation will yield 4 draw credits.

Eligibility Period

Donations confirmed and reported by PayPal from September 1, 2010 through September 30, 2010 will be eligible for the prize drawing(s).

Prizes

1st Prize

WiiHacks member, StillLurkin is generously donating a Nintendo Wii Console with Nintendo Wii Sports Resort, Black - system menu 4.2U as the prize in this month's drawing.

5 Secondary Prizes

5 sets of Nintendo Wii Remote and Nunchuck Controllers will be awarded as secondary prizes.

Third-Party Draw Service

WiiHacks will be using the Third-Party Draw Service provided by Random.org. Random.org acts as an unbiased third party to conduct the drawing in a fair and random manner. The Random.org service generates randomness via atmospheric noise and has been in operation since 1998.

The randomness of the numbers generated by random.org has been evaluated by eCOGRA, a non-profit regulatory body that acts as the independent standards authority of the online gaming industry.

Random.org will pick the winner(s) and create a record of the drawing on the Random.org Website.

Wow StillLurkin , Looks like you are the answer to my prayers. I really wanted to see these drawings continue, and that is so way above and beyond just being Wiihacks donar support on alot of levels for that reason. Not only generous, but contributory to making our forums more productive and a heck of alot more fun. Thank you sooooo much.

I think when someone donotes a big prize to wiihacks for a drawing, that member should be noticed by something placed under the members name. Just my opinion though.
