This is yet another Windows only tool to help you create the Wilbrand exploit used to softmod your Wii. The computer needs internet access while creating the exploit. However, a Wii console connected to the internet is NOT needed as the exploit is loaded from the SD card.

HOW TO USE...
Power on the Wii and verify if your date on Wii is correct (if it isn't.. fix it)
Go to Settings -> Internet -> Console Information and take a look at the MAC Address.
Now start Wilbrand Launcher , type the MAC Address and the other info.
Create the exploit, then copy and paste the files into the root of the SD card.
Now you can place the SD card into the Wii.
Go to the Messageboard and navigate to Yesterday.
Click on the Green Letter....
And wait that Hackmii Installer start. =)

Wow that's amazing. I've never heard of a hack that works through the Messageboard. Really innovative exploit.

Yea it's been out for quite some time. It's not as famous as I thought I would be tho

I've a basic question: with this method, can we use a SDHC instead of standard SD card to a retail 4.3x Wii ? Before, I used to play with 2GB SD card only.

Yes, it works also with SDHC.

But now there is the last, final and stable, version:

Letter bomb works only for 4.3.

Wilbrand for all system menù > 3.0 (not only for 3.3 korean).

One time used the application, and downloaded hackmii installer and wilbrand.exe, this app works also offline.
With letter bomb you need to have internet connection.

Obviously you can use directly wilbrand.exe in shell. But with the GUI i think that is more easy.

I know that for other firmware there is bannerbomb, but this is an exploit for all. More practice. IMHO.

My Wii 4.3U, while attempting to softmod using Wilbrand Launcher 1.8 & 2.0 , I type the MAC Address and the other info. But cant create the exploit. Says Unable to connect to remote server. What am I doing wrong?

You are not doing anything wrong.
The site is down,you will need to use one of the games to mod the wii...or wait for the site to be fixed.

ok, I do have Zelda Twilight; That appears not to work with my 4.3U.
I will go out and buy one of the 5 games listed.
