Did it say copy to SD when you were using the USB HDD? The games has to in the SD for DIOS MIOS Lite 2.6 to work.

Yes, you could just transfer the games. I use Acronis Disk Director 11 Advanced because no data loss but you could try to change the cluster size with it, or any other HDD Program if you do not have data on it, you could use Windows also for a flash drive, right click to format it to FAT32 with 32 KB cluster size you will lose all data, the Acronis Disk Director 11 Advanced is for no data loss. The flash drive may work as is because DIOS MIOS works with FAT32 with 32KB cluster size or less. Home should work.
I just got Gangnam Style for Just Dance 4 it

[If anyone could provide the the steps THEY used for either one]

New way is DMToolbox 0.3 or higher. Old way was DiscEX, where you drag and drop the .iso or .gcm on the DiscEX app.

      Spoiler

I always choose RAW and 32K.

DIOS MIOS Lite 2.6 I installed it to 249 or 236 ios and BAM I lost all gamecube compability AND I am stuck in 60hz with PAL tv
and no that new Mios did not fix the problem, is my final option to just use Bootmii IOS to undo all this or just sell my wii?

EDIT: I tested new mios and game started to work asking to play on 60hz, I selected no and it showed correct screen "50hz".
I reseted wii and bam it was normal again, god was I scared, thanks so much.

(Please do not quote the entire guide, thank you ~ SNES_Master)

For some reason GX r1207 works for me with a disc in the wii.....
However there was one change in the settings that I did..
      GX:
      Hard Drive Settings:
      GC Install Compressed ON
      GC Install 32K Aligned ON

      Edit:
When I go to game settings and change Video to Force NT... and Pad Hook Off it works w/o disk [however only tested that with PKMN XD] also can someone direct me to the site/thread with the GameCube compatible list for MIOS?

The GC compatible list is in the guide. Also, those settings you listed are for when you are ripping your GC games to your USB. Those should be on. Those settings are also in the guide.

      What does Force NT mean?

      Sorry it was NTSC

Interesting. Perhaps you are using a PAL (european) version of the game. The guide tells you how to check for that. Do you know if the game you are using and your Wii system are of the same region?

Ah, ok. Well I believe there is a program that can tell you (I know Dolphin can tell the games region).

I know a lot of people in this thread like the other loaders (ie not USB GX) can anyone link me to the latest for each of the other loaders? I'm planning to expand my Devolution guide to include instructions for the other USB loaders but I want to familiarize myself with them first, thank you

Sorry this is a bit off topic but like I said, I know a lot of people here like the other loaders.

The latest CFG can be downloaded from Downloads - cfg-loader-mod - Configurable USB Loader MOD - Google Project Hosting
The latest WiiFlow can be downloaded from Downloads - wiiflow - Open source Wii GUI USB Loader - Google Project Hosting

To my knowledge, these two, plus the latest GX, are the only three loaders that can use DM 2.6 (though, GX may be the only one that can disk swap, I don't own any dual-disk games, so I can't test that).

Not even the latest dmbooter is able to use 2.6, which I found odd. I wonder why that wasn't updated.

Ok, I need to test them for Devolution compatibility. Thank you for the links

WiiFlow and CFG Loader can both disc swap -_-

Also, DMToolBox tells you whether the game is PAL NTSC or Jap. I said that in the guide... -_-

Edit: The ability to disc swap is contained in DIOS MIOS.
