There is a unofficial build of snesgx with cover support. You can find it at the very bottom of the snesgx wiibrew page. I haven't tried it yet, but I hope it works.

That's really cool! Currently I am using the most recent (prior to yesterday's update) with cover support for SNES and NES and I must say that they're beyond awesome. To have a native support for covers in each new release that would be the icing on the cake.

I have a hopefully simple question here...I am relatively new to this modding stuff, and although I am fluent with following specific instruction (thanx Mauifrog for making life so easy) but as far as the IOS58 installer goes, I think I can run that with no problem, but wiibrew says I need to reinstall Homebrew after running the installer...is there somewhere I can find very specific instructions on exactly how to make this whole thing happen from start to finish? I mean, Mauifrog gave step by step instruction to go from store bought wii to modified wii...but just saying "reinstall Homebrew" insn't the kind of detailed info I am comfortable with...on the other hand, the WiiMC channel needs IOS58 and so do other emulators (which I'd like to add) so I am really interested in learning more...can anyone provide VERY detailed info or point me in the right direction for a good tutorial???

You need to reinstall Homebrew after installing IOS58. So that Homebrew is running on IOS58.

Or u could follow the softmod any Wii guide to update your softmod. Because if u didn't have 58, you may be missing some others.

that was the guide I followed...guess it didn't naturally install it on IOS58...once I follow the IOS58 installer, should I just follow the original steps on that guide you refrenced to reinstall homebrew, or will that reinstall it the way it is now undoing whatever the IOS58 installer does...I'm not too sure how all that works...any advice is helpful...thanx for responding so quickly

maybe someone address this earlier, not sure though I looked around: how come whenever I press Home to bring up the menu during the game, I get a blank screen and sometimes I do not get the Options at all?

also the screen is messed up if I plug in component cables, so I have to use the standard lol

I am trying to install the cover support versions of SNES9X GX, FCEUltra GX and VBAGX, but there is problem: all three emulators have a folder called "src" in the root, and whenever I unzip the contents of one emulator, it overwrites the src folder of the previous emulator that was in the root of my SD card. How do I fix that? Should I move the src folders to each individual emulator folder (e.g. VBAGX's "src" folder moved to "vbagx" folder), instead of leaving them in the root of the SD card?

Ok, I managed to solve the folder problem, but I still have a question: is there a way to change the music that plays on the "coverflow" on these GX emulators, like you can do in Wiiflow? I saw no option to do that and it would certainly be awesome to do so.
