The reason i ask is that sometimes the first screen u come to is your actual wii system menu and not the back up nand and then the second will be your nand, So load up wiiflow, in the bottom right hand corner is it a fish bowl or like a channels icon?

before I select the fish bowl its set on USB1 as soon as the wiiflow enters nand mode the game partition is automatically changed to nand and it doesnt allow me to change the game partition then.

      will wait for your reply

If it says nand then that is your wii nand and not the back up nand. Go back to the fish bowl and press B

I have doubts... what if I already have WIIFLOW on my sd? and the WIIFlow channel? do I just leave it alone? and my hd has 2 partitins WBFS & FAt32, will this work?

It should still work but you will have to change the settings in wiiflow and the wiiflow.ini. The guide is for what i think is the easiest and best way to have it set up.

      Good tutorial. Thanks!

Just wondering, Is there anyway to set wiiflow so that my wiiware backups show up in the same list as my game backups?

Thanks for the great guide - super easy to follow.

I'm not new to wiihacking, but I am having difficulty in getting this to work - the nand isn't showing up in wiiflow. I have reviewed all of the comments here and in the guide itself, but can't seem to figure out what the issue is. I am installing this on my newest wii, which was set-up using Mauifrog's excellent guide, just last weekend.

The only thing I can think of, is that it must have something to do with my installed cIOS's. I checked the guide but can't find any info regarding requirements in that area. Are they any specific CIOS's that should be used for this? Thanks in advance for any help - it would be greatly appreciated.

@NeoGeoLover I'm having the same problem. I followed the guide on the dot. I have the latest and greatest cios's and for some reasonmy nand folder(back up nand) which is on an ext usb hdd doesnt want to load. My original nand, channels, and even my wbfs folder which is on the rootof my usb hdd loads all my games in wiiflow fine. I tried some of my channels and a few games and everything worked great, but for some reason I cant get my wiiware to load which is located on the root of my usb ext hdd in my nand folder. Not sure if its a setting I have to look at in the ini, as I havent reallylooked at it. I first had wiiflow installed on my sd and got the same results with everything working fine except the wiiware/nand folder on the root of my usb. After that I tried to put it over to the usb and again it worked fine and everything loaded except the backed up nand. Now I might be missing something but a few posts up a user said "Just wondering, Is there anyway to set wiiflow so that my wiiware backups show up in the same list as my game backups?" and the reply was "No, this is as good as it gets right now" so does that mean that the backup nand wont show up on my ext usb hdd or not on the same list as the wbfs. Its obviously reading my games and everything else right but dont want to load the backup nand. I pressed b at the fishbowl and thats when it said usb 1 and showed my games. I figured maybe if I scrolled all the way to the right it would show the wiiware game list after the wii games but it didnt. At this point I imagine I was loading what was on the harrdrive right cause it did show my games and said usb 1, which is where both the wbfs folder and nand folder are located on the root of the usb hdd. I usuallu use usb config for my games and mighty channels for wiiware and have no problem, but just thought I'd want to try something different. Other than the wiiware not wanting to showup everything else seems to be functioning fine. Any suggestions on why this is would be great. Thanks a bunch in advance. Nice guide btw.

@neoGeolover and freestile - when u load wiiflow what icon do u get in the bottom right hand corner? Is it a fish bowl or like a channels icon? With my set up i get 3 screens - 1st screen wbfs partition, 2nd screen press B on the channels icon I get Wii system menu channels, 3rd press B on the fish Bowl i get backup nand. On the first screen if i press A on the channels icon it takes me right to the backup nand. I await you replies

Take a look at this video to see what i mean. It may help.

@Pon3008 When I load up wiiflow it starts with my wbfs, and in the bottom right corner theres what looks like channels. If I press B on this it either freezes, gets to my system menu channels, or tells me to either install game or select partition. I believe this is my real nand. If I get to the real hand page and press B On the bottom right corner of this screen it looks like theres a fishbowl. If I press B on the fishbowl it tells me "Welcome to Wiiflow. I have not found any games. Click install to install games, or Select partition to select your partition type. If Im on the wbfs and press A on the channels menu on the bottom right it takes my to my system menu or real nand. If I press A here on the bottom right corner on the fishbowl, it takes me to my usb1 which only shows wiiflow as thats the only one now in the apps folder, and the bottom right has a usb icon, and if I press A here it takes me back to my wbfs and shows my games. I'm just not certain why its not picking up my backed up nand folder. Its on the root of the ext usb hdd and its in a folder called nand. I would imagine that the usb1 should be the one that should show my wiiware list right?? Instead its just showing whats in the app folder on the root of the ext hdd. Seems like I'm missing something here. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Is your back up nand in just one sub directory?

      Eg. Usb/nand/files from nand backup

Also when it asks to install games or select partition u should select partition and set it to usb1
