    Call Of Duty : Modern Warfare 3 [Guide]


    Do not UPDATE your Wii.
    Update = SoftMod Gone

    YOU CAN GET THIS GAME RUNNING BY USING A cIOS WITH A BASE ios of 57


    Note - If you have used Mauifrog's guide to modify your lovely Wii then you should have already installed the correct configuration to run the game.

    Select in your USB Loader - cIOS 250 (57)
    Or - Hermes cIOS 224 (57)

    If you are not Soft Modded and would like to be then use Mauifrog's "Mod Any Wii Guide" Look -->     Here.


    If you are unsure if you have the correct cIOS then run a syscheck using this guide and check. (Thanks to Shift_Lock)

    So this is what you are looking for in your syscheck

      I'm not sure what you mean by split it into 2 parts. Try re-ripping the game onto your computer and connect your USB hard drive to your computer. Then just transfer the iso with WBFS Manager.

      my cousin is using fat 32 and call of duty is more than 4 gb (4.20gb i think) so he cant use the iso he has to transfer it to wbfs am i right??
      its weird because he transfer the iso to wbfs and usbloader gx reads the hdd but then he gets a white screen and the loader gets corrupt.

      Wow, the disadvantages of using Fat 32. A small Fat 32 partition on your hard drive is okay for storing some stuff, but you should prolly format the biggest part of your hard drive with WBFS manager and use that format. You will have much better luck. Also, make sure you are using the latest version of USBLoader GX. I personally prefer CFG Loader. Make sure you are using the correct settings to load the game. They are all listed on page 1.

      hello its actually the usb its a pny attache 1 16gb sometimes games load perfectly and sometime they dont and loader freeze or have to go back to wii menu and retry or sometimes loader loads but it gets white and freeze eventually.

      Is it just with that particular game or all of them? If it happens with other games, you might wanna look at getting a different drive. This compatibility list here should tell you which ones are working. The list says yours is a working drive. It could be the way you are ripping the game. It could be a problem with the loader.

      its with any game my cousin and i bought it 3 days ago. forgot to tell you that it also rarely corrupts a loader it will show that the loaders are 60gb letters get mess up etc and then when i put my usb in my wii the loader gets fix this usb has many problems but its working now perfectly but im sure it will have problems later.
      i have a hp v125w 4gb and that usb works every time its perfect.
      btw thanks for the help im playing call of duty now.
      side note i heard people hack accounts on mw3 how can i avoid this??

      I don't know about hacking accounts. The only thing I see is where people use cheats online. It affects the entire multiplayer match. For example, if someone uses an unlimited ammo code, everyone might have it. If you get into a match like that, just get out of it. That's the best advice I can give you.

      ok because i wanted to make a video on youtube with my ally code so i can have people to play with but i saw some people say that they got there account hack like demoted etc by adding people as there ally.

      hello i try to play mw3 but when i start the campaign it freezes when the bar is completely white and i have to hard reset my wii

      Information??? What loader are you using? What cIOS are you loading with? Are you using backup disc? Are you using a USB hard drive? Did you read the first page with all the working configurations and possible solutions to see if it could solve your issue?

      You should have installed cIOS 250 to base 57 when you installed it. Try deleting the game and re-installing it.

      Installing the game is just saving it to the hard drive so you don't have to play it from the disc.

      ok heres the deal i already read through the guide and my problem is that i cant play the spec ops on mw3 it asks for a patch but when i goto muiltplayer and try for the patch it just takes me to a lobby it says 0.5 for the muiltplayer for the spec ops it says .0
      now why the spec ops wont play i dont know it just says theres a new update and i click ok and it wont do nothing im a little new to the wii mods as i am a xbox baby
      has anyone downloaded the patch if so can you send me a download of it or give me useful information how to fix it ?

      p.s do not give me a link to the mw3 guide with the wii region patcher i already done that

      Region patching is a useful tool but it works better when your disc region matches your console region. Update issues are almost always region related. Make sure you have your Wii Shop Channel updated to the newest version.
