    Call Of Duty : Modern Warfare 3 [Guide]


    Do not UPDATE your Wii.
    Update = SoftMod Gone

    YOU CAN GET THIS GAME RUNNING BY USING A cIOS WITH A BASE ios of 57


    Note - If you have used Mauifrog's guide to modify your lovely Wii then you should have already installed the correct configuration to run the game.

    Select in your USB Loader - cIOS 250 (57)
    Or - Hermes cIOS 224 (57)

    If you are not Soft Modded and would like to be then use Mauifrog's "Mod Any Wii Guide" Look -->     Here.


    If you are unsure if you have the correct cIOS then run a syscheck using this guide and check. (Thanks to Shift_Lock)

    So this is what you are looking for in your syscheck


    I don't have the correct cIOS--How do I install it?

      I had that same problem but found out I needed to move my router closer to my wii and I had no problme with disconnects. Also I am using cfg loader and ios 224. Cause I tried 250 and it seems like it loads the game a little slower.

      Ah, dang I don't have a phone jack nearby my wii to put the modem on. I noticed that too, 250 gives me graphics lag as well. Well thanks for the response, I'll try to find a way to get my wii closer.

      can anyone make a video of this process? I am totally confused. I don't mind whichever backuploader you use. Please help me and thanks in advance!

      Bro, just take it one step at a time. Try one thing then test. Don't change 4 things then try it. It is all there.

      it plays like a charm with d2x57 250 i played 4 hours from my hard drive with cfg usb loader v70 and no problem except for the lag that is going to patched!

      My game will not work.... I have done everything you have said, i did option 1 and 2 and still nothing
      Using Config loader v70 and i tried both ISO 124 and 150 and neither works
      ive tried to use various settings the people on other sites have recommended
      and random 1's hoping to would work :P
      i am getting stuck the screen after the "loading..." screen right when it is showing the logo of "MW3"
      Can any1 recomend anything i could do?

      There is nothing wrong with the configuration this guide tells you to do.
      Have you tried re ripping the game to the hdd? Are other games giving you problems?

      There is no need for a video the process is very simple... Just read the guide...

      for one thing if you'd read the directions, not trying to be snippy, but it clearly says:

      Select in your USB Loader - cIOS 250 (57)
      Or - Hermes cIOS 224 (57)
      not:
      ISO 124 and 150

      as you posted

      sry i meant to type 224 and 250 somehow i typed a 1

      and no other games are any trouble i have all of the call of duty series for wii and this is the only 1 that doesnt work

      Hi so I want to get this game started and the problem is I need to scrub only a measly 30-40 mb off this thing so this guy on this forum introduced me to wii scrubber and I open the file but the prob is how do I scrub this game? I mean what can I scrub which is "usless data." P.S I haven't played campaign

      just for my own edification, when i select 224 in CFG USBLoader, it says "224 mload" and the same when you start the game. what is m loader?

      First off I apologize for yesterdays post. I use backups (easyer for the kids) I followed NARSE1979 back up disc loading mini guide to the letter. The game loads great just like the video. I can also play campaign no problem. The problem occures when I try to play multiplayer or special ops. The screen will go black and stay that way. No error message, no wii reset, no sound coming from wii just a black screen.

      Any help would be greatly appriciated.

      mload uses Hermes's cIOS. yal is a (now outdated) Kwiirk's cIOS. To make it even clearer.... if you're using Hermes (you are) use -mload not -yal.

      @keepinitkrunk - Your syscheck shows an older softmod that has darkcorps installed. The anywii guide in my sig will set everything to right, and give you a nice starting place. The only bit you'd lose would be the ability to do DISC backups from the disc channel (you could still use neogamma, but discs stink...... )

      Some good news for Wiiflow users!

      v416 and v417 WORKING! (with a catch) - delete the contents of the following folders first: SD/wiiflow/cache and SD/wiiflow/settings. One great thing about these versions is they automatically detect the IOS base used by each game and attempt to find the best cIOS for the job, no user interaction required. If you have a version of Wiiflow other than these two and have issues try the above steps to see if it works for you.

      So I cannot get this to work in neogamma with my current setup. Also if I switch my current setup will all my current disc work via neo gamma.

      You will have to use the neogamma ios switcher to change it back to a base of 56 for almost every other game.

      sweet though after hearing everybody either have probs with CFG USBLoader or thought it was the best thing since sliced bread, i decided to give it a try today. no probs on setup and i think it better than wiflow by far.

      hi i want to know can i use neogamma dvd method in wii4.3u with ios 250 bcz lots of people say that wii4.3u cant run dvds help must be appreciated and another problem is that my usb loader gx cant run any game there is a game list but when i click on game a black screen appears and hangs and i want to restart my wii so plz help me wht should i do ?????????

      Sounds like you're not softmodded properly.
      Post a syscheck so we can see what's installed in your Wii.
      Use Syscheck v2.1.0 b14, which is the latest revision.

      Ok so I am pretty sure I have done everything on here to play mwf3 on neogamma . The campaing mode works great but when i try to load spec ops and multiplayer mode the screen goes black and the system does nothing anymore. I have been dealing with this issue for 3 or 4 days now and dnt know what to do anymore So I turned to the threads for help.I also updated the shop channel thinking that would work since i read it on the other post with this issue but nothing. Could anyone please help me..
