    Call Of Duty : Modern Warfare 3 [Guide]


    Do not UPDATE your Wii.
    Update = SoftMod Gone

    YOU CAN GET THIS GAME RUNNING BY USING A cIOS WITH A BASE ios of 57


    Note - If you have used Mauifrog's guide to modify your lovely Wii then you should have already installed the correct configuration to run the game.

    Select in your USB Loader - cIOS 250 (57)
    Or - Hermes cIOS 224 (57)

    If you are not Soft Modded and would like to be then use Mauifrog's "Mod Any Wii Guide" Look -->     Here.


    If you are unsure if you have the correct cIOS then run a syscheck using this guide and check. (Thanks to Shift_Lock)

    So this is what you are looking for in your syscheck


    I don't have the correct cIOS--How do I install it?

      How can you run backup games through disk channel? I thought Wii's couldn't do that anymore?
      Alright well thanks for the help and I'll check out this guide you mentioned.

      Oh and before I go check out the guide on this site umm..How exactly do I remove that cioscorp thing? Anyway thanks

      Older Wiis (prior to D3-2 or D4 revisions of the optical drive support circuitry) could play via disc channel with DarkFail (Corp) installed. With D3-2 or D4, you can't do that --- correct.

      Working for me with CFG using ios 250. Wiiflow wont load, but my teenage son isn't concerned about that right now. Perfect time to hid the disk.

      cIOS 224 Base 57 (DOWNLOAD)       (v5.1)

      So far, I have been running Modern Warfare 3 with CFG and cIOS 250 base 58. It's the revision that comes in the d2xinstaller package. It runs perfectly on campaign and online. I hope this helps!

      Have this game working from USB loading, and from backup disc.
      Working with usb loader GX, loading from cIOS250 [57] d2x-v6.

      Working from backup disc using Neogamma R9 b50, and used
      Neogamma IOS switcher to change the default cIOS Neogamma
      loads with to 250. Which is cIOS250 [57] d2x-v6.

      Loading time from disc is slower, but once you're in the game, lag
      isn't that noticable.
      NOTE: To all noobs. Playing backups from disc puts strain on the dvd
      drive, and will eventually lead to the drive becoming worn out and faulty.
      Playing backups through a USB loader off a HDD is far superior in regard to
      load times, and eliminates unwanted wear and tear on the dvd drive.

      Great comments from all the regular funny guys. Why can't people follow the guides. Do they not teach logic in schools today, Read Read read, then 1,2,3,4, A,B,C etc: And as for the spelling well !!!! I supose some of you are using US English. Take a look at the First post, aim that rocket (look at the shape of the Sys check) straight at your wii then you will be flying. READ, then install then leave it alone adding IOS CIOS willy nilly is maybe a fast fix. But it will fluff up something else. Geeeeeeeeeeess, Smile,

      Nice one was stuck on loading running usbconfig. IOS 224 works great.
