    Call Of Duty : Modern Warfare 3 [Guide]


    Do not UPDATE your Wii.
    Update = SoftMod Gone

    YOU CAN GET THIS GAME RUNNING BY USING A cIOS WITH A BASE ios of 57


    Note - If you have used Mauifrog's guide to modify your lovely Wii then you should have already installed the correct configuration to run the game.

    Select in your USB Loader - cIOS 250 (57)
    Or - Hermes cIOS 224 (57)

    If you are not Soft Modded and would like to be then use Mauifrog's "Mod Any Wii Guide" Look -->     Here.


    If you are unsure if you have the correct cIOS then run a syscheck using this guide and check. (Thanks to Shift_Lock)

    So this is what you are looking for in your syscheck


    I don't have the correct cIOS--How do I install it?

      if i am ntsc and i buy pal what happens and the vice versa...or if i have changed my region from ntsc to pal what to do!!!?????

      You can change the region in the settings of the usb loader.

      Even with the cIOS224 base57 and cIOS250 base57 installed i still cant get to play MW3 After the 'Loading...' screen it shows the 'Call of Duty MW3' logo which somehow made my Wii freeze. .Can somebody help me? I can play black ops smoothly with IOS224 on uLoader and IOS249.

      Could this be bad ISOs or just my Wii?

      Great tutorial!

      It's a good game, but I hate the fact that I can't "continue where you left off in MW2".

      Lag is a bit terrible on Spec Ops also, and hit detection on multiplayer is a bit off too.

      Other than that, great game.

      I live in croatia so i cant still buy the game my friend has not softmoded ntsc wii and bought the game so he borrowed me a game to rip it and put it my question is will i be able to play NTSC game trough configurable usb loader and how. Thanks in advance!!!

      Hi i got it to load using neogamma R8 beta 12. IOS249 (Rev 20) available here--
      Removed

      ofcourse install the iOS249[57]-v20 to get the rev 20.

      not bad advise as the game loads using the above settings....

      My question is i have cfg usb loader and i want to launch NTSC game on PAL wii so are the settings he told me are good ??

      The Cios recommended are listed in the guide.
      Anything you are saying about downgrading a cios, and breaking the softmod, do not coincide with the guide. Therefore there is no reason to post it in this thread.
