USB Loader GX 2.3 released. This new public release includes some new features, changed, and fixed features. See below for more info and download links.

New:
- Added the possibility to use the internal Wii System Menu font (thanks to giantpune and r-win).
- Added proper message to install progress bar to show when install is really finished.
- Added a GUI option for Play count display.
- Added "Remember Unlock" option in parental control menu to set whether the lock should always be enabled on launch if a password is set.
- Added Priiloader override on returning to Wii System Menu.
- Added different hooktype and wiird debugger (Thanks to GeckoOS for the sources).
- Added NAND emulation to redirect Wii NAND access to SD or USB. Default NandEmu path set to sd:/nand/ (Requires d2x cIOS v7 alpha or later).
* Partial emulation: Load and save the game saves to the NandEmu path instead of the Wii internal memory.
The Mii, Wiimote configuration and Wii settings are loaded from the real Wii.
* Full emulation: Load everything from the NandEmu path instead of the Wii internal memory.
Attention: if you play on someone else's Wii, you'll need to use your own Wiimote and network might not work.
- Added a NAND extract feature. You can extract everything or enter a path to a directory or file which to extract.
- Added a save game extraction menu to extract all save games at once from real NAND to NandEmu path.
- Added a per game save game extraction to NandEmu path.
- Added a per game NandEmu, Hooktype, WiirdDebugger setting.
- Added possibility for network re-init (Wifi-Button in Homebrew Launcher).

Changes:
- Using new app_booter for homebrew booting (see WiiXplorer changelog).
- Reload back to entry IOS when starting homebrew instead of starting it in cIOS.
- Removed limit of .csv and .txt game list creation.
- Entered characters for the password field are now hidden.
- Improved detection of not existing cheat txt files.
- Forwarder: Centered the background image and corrected the aspect ratio.

Fixes:
- Fixed META.XML format.
- Disabled try to mount of drive when no disc is inserted.
- Fixed issue with file browser not jumping back to first directory entry on directory change.

* added nand channel emulation (big thanks to TriiForce guys and Miigotu for laying out the foundation
* Searchengine changed: now find games, that hath the search string in it. e.G. "SPOR" find "ea SPORts", "mario SPORts mix",
*Updated language files for v2.3 and current trunk revision

*Reverted fixed values of release version and redirected language files download to trunk again

That is not a final release, it has already been modified a couple times since it was posted. If I ever figure out the nand emulation for wiiware/vcI'll let ya know. As far as the nand emulation for games goes, all you have to do is extract the nand with gx and then change the setting to use it.

Thanks mate I can use the game saves no problem it's pretty much the same as the setup for uloader that is now reduntant in my house as I only moved from gx to uloader because of the nand emulation. I am assuming it will be the same to extract the nand as mighty channels but I can't for the life of me figure out how to launch the full emu nand

I have a question. I was looking all over the wiihacks and couldn't find it. I know what an ios is now. But how do i know which version do i have to download since we have USB Loader GX v2.3 IOS249, USB Loader GX v2.3 IOS222, USB Loader GX v2.3 IOS250.

Thanks for anwsering if it doesn't cause too much trouble =)

Use the one that is the same as the IOS you will be primarily using to load games. If you mainly use 249, get the 249 version, etc. (249 is the most common)

He was wondering how to find out which Ios he has...

@leafberry you need to download a program called syscheck and run it on the wii, it will give you a log. If after seeing the log you still have questions, you will need to post the log here and ask for help.... Most people use IOS 249 or ios250 with the d2x cios. google them or search on Wiihacks - Nintendo Wii Hacks Community - wiihacks.com an always fun & happening community

Hi I dowloaded V249....the USB folder I copied in Apps folder of my SD card replacing my old USB folder.

The two wad files I copied it in the wad folder of the SD card

what do I do with the channel dol and forward dol folders please?

Also when I open the two wad files using wad manager I get error -1029....what does this mean please? I got the same error when I downloaded the latest wiiflow and tried installed old forwarders...thx

There is a question that I need to asked you, but I got this problem after when I tried to install the "Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword" on USB Loader GX 2.3. After when it reached to 100% and it showed blank after that, it doesn't show another window, but it showed simply blank. How to fix it?
