Possible to reprogram what the wiimote sends to the console?

I had this cool idea, I was playing some old virtual console games and came across sections where I could do some cool tricks with perfect button timing. Which leads me to this question, is this kind of thing possible at all?

I press button on classic pro controller
Wii mote sends bluetooth signal to my laptop
Laptop is running my software and detects keypress
It sends that keypress to wii and also schedules a new keypress in 100ms
    Software sends my delayed signal
Result is A press with B press exactly 100ms after A

Any ideas how this can be done anyone?

It is definitely possible, but I don't know if anyone on this forum has the know-how to help you on this. Best thing to do is to look into programming yourself and try some programming fora.
