Distributors are provided directly from the source, and purchase in high volume quantities weekly. Resellers are not provided directly from the source, they get their batches from distributors and sometimes other places, but order significantly less quantity. Its the 'other places' that could be giving them fake/clone chips that look very close to the original but nonetheless still a fake chip, without them realizing there is a difference. We have on more than one occassion found a few resellers providing clones in the past, and a few have been removed because of this. We will not list the names but a few that have been around from the beginning know of a few of these places, one of which scammed thousands of dollars before vanishing. Unfortunately its hard to find resellers that mix though because we are only aware if its reported and most the time the general public is not aware how to tell the differences. The key thing to remember is the best price might not be the wise choice. Another thing to note is that just because a place may claim to be a reseller doesnt mean they are, always check the official site and the distributors list. There are certain perks from buying from distributors such as always being guarenteed 100% your product is authentic, and that they are not going anywhere.
