    Never mind trading to a store, Come on man the challenge is on to sort out the poor little thing. I never like to hear of a dying Wii. If you fix it up you will be able to sell the modded wii for a much better price than an injured wii. The friends are here, you will never meet them, but the the people behind the names, WILL help you to bring your friend back to full fitness, Most of them are real good at Wii CPR, LOL

    hey guys
    mums cracked it at me and wants me to fix it, so i was wondering if anyone could give me a link ?

    im sure that its fully bricked. the wii starts up and the tv reconizes it but the screen is still black. the disc slot only flashes once without an sd card in. i can start the wii with the wiimote if that helps?, if you need any more information im more then happy to find out

    Sorry, $35 is my limit, as that's a fair price for a bricked wii, I'm not trying to rip you off!
    You may get a better price on fleabay, or send it to one of the guys emuhack mentioned
    for them to fix for a fee!

    Maybe your mum doesn't uderstand that it is aa good as a paper weight that will go well on her mantel piece and also I thought she wanted you to get it fixed....

    If it previously had boot2, it could be re-injected by a NAND programmer. See previous response much earlier in this thread of who is capable of this.
