Sooooo, I registered on this forum specifically to plug my premodded Wii (Wiikey) which is on ebay:

But let me just say this is my THIRD time trying to sell this Wii and it never goes for very much. So because I can't say it has a modchip on ebay I'm posting on forums THAT IT DOES TOTALLY and that you are getting a super freaking deal here. I'm including my games too, sooooo. You're in on a super secret basically.

ebay probably shut the auction down
I used to be a full time eBay PowerSeller. Sold lots and lots of video game stuff. I had a modded PS1 years ago and had trouble selling it due to the TOS.
Either list it on Craigslist or list it with only a "buy it now". Price it to sell. Craigslist is pretty great for selling stuff too. Sure- someone will flag it, but just keep posting. Or be sneaky when you post it.
I once saw a posting for "2 springer XDs 9 and 45" Of course if people knew they were selling guns they would just flag away.(Why guns ads arent allowed, makes no sense though.)

I am talking about people that live in USA. You do not need a license in the US to own/sell a gun unless it is a Class 3 firearm. (Machine gun.) I suppose a few states you need to have it registered but that is not the same as a license.
The media tricks the average person into thinking things like you just stated. In fact, if you can legally own a gun you can strap it on openly, walk out in public with no license at all. This is true in most all states.

I have done it quite a bit. And yes, police have seen me. It is not illegal.
I do not have a gun dealers license and i can sell my gun. I can put it in the paper, put up a flyer, advertise on craigslist, or scream it from the rooftops. In my state the only thing i have to do is make sure they reside in my state by checking their ID and age.
The media and liberals do their best to mislead the public. Criminals, the media and politicians all agree- they want YOU disarmed.
In most markets craigslist could allow the sales of firearms. Remember though- they are from CA, that is where liberals thrive.
Is it illegal to sell modded Wii's in US?
