My local Craigslist is full of these LOL many aren't saying they are banned though but it's obviously the reason.

It is against site rules to traffic in pirated games. Edit your post to remove the illegal games from the sale or your post will have to be removed and you will be banned. I will check back later. Make these changes ASAP.
