Wii System Memory is Full

I'm desperate. Yesterday my Wii was working just fine, last game I played was Kirby's Return to Dreamland (original copy) and turned it off. Today, when I turned it on, nothing would come on the screen, but the Wiimote would sync, so I left it unplugged for some time. When I turned it on again, as soon as I reach the Wii Menu, I'm greeted by this message that redirects me to System Settings. I've tried to delete some files, but no progress. I've even formatted my console and it still has 0 blocks open. I do have a Wiikey (My Wii is rather old, one of the first models) modchip and had Homebrew Channel installed (to play imports). I've never even installed any WAD or anything. I don't have Priiloader or Bootmii installed, nor do I have a NAND dump. My Wii version is 4.3u, so I can't update or anything. Also, some weird things that happened, is that a Tomb Raider Collection save file appeared out of nowhere (I don't think anybody played that on my console, but it can still bem possible) and a save file named "English", made by "English". Also, one save file vanished, which was for my Minna no Rhythm Tengoku game, maybe it morphed into that "English" file? I dunno. So now, I can't really do anything with my Wii and I wanted some help before considering buying another one.

Do you have any idea if any of your IOS are patched? You say you had Homebrew Channel installed to play imports. What app were you using?

EDIT: Might not be around when you respond to this so figure I would add a few things.

First off, shame on you for not having priiloader or bootmii installed. Now that the lecture is out of the way (sorry, had to say it), if you get REALLY LUCKY the following may work:

-Access the recovery menu using the Savemiifrii technique.
-Download THIS, extract, and burn the iso using imgburn at 2x or 4x speed. If you are extremely lucky, you might be able to launch this disc via savemiifrii and gain access to MMM.

I have read in a few places that reinstalling the system menu has fixed this error. If you can get that far give it a try!

Just Gecko OS and nothing more, I've never wanted to tweak with it much more because I knew there could be problems, that's why I never installed priiloader or bootmii, but you're right, it's totally my fault. I'll try to access the recovery menu then. I have a really old GC Pad that I can break apart, so it might work.

UPDATE: So, I've got to the recovery menu, but no luck with the MMM disc. Tried loading other games, but nothing loads. I guess I'll have to wait for Nintendo to release another firmware version? :/

So, I got an Mario Kart Wii autoboot disc and it runs fine, but I can't do Mario Kart PWNS because I have no space for a savegame. I'll try to do SwapDisc PWNS, but it's hard to find those games. Isn't there any other kind of method or help? I can't be the only person to ever have this problem. The only other person who I saw having this, was able to fix it by updating to 4.3 (he was on 4.2 apparently), and god knows when Nintendo is giving us another update (maybe never?)

Hmm...thanks for trying to help, but did you even read my problem? I can't really get to the channels menu, this is almost like a brick, except I have total access to the Data Management and System Settings screen.

Can you access anything at all? Do you have prilloader installed or even softmodded at all?

Like I said, I don't have priiloader or bootmii, so I'm really stuck at those two screens at the time.

I have never really seen anyone with the same problem! Can you delete anything out of the data managment to make more room? I know its not really recomended but you may be able to format the Wii.

I already did format, though, and it still haven't cleared up blocks. I have 0 blocks left with nothing installed in the Wii at all. Maybe one of the basic channels got corrupted? I dunno.
