Please help error code 480isd on red wii

Please help me.I am unfamiliar with hacks or anything else except turning the Wii on. I have a red Wii and never installed any third party software or opened it.Then one day my little boy turned it on and it has a screen that says 480isd and does nothing else. Please excuse me if I have posted this in the wrong place.I have also called Nintendo and they said they have no record of this code.I am completely unfamiliar with anything to do with the Wii.There is also no SD card in the Wii. Please help me and my little boys.Thanks in advance.

Only thing you can try is savemiifrii, but I doubt it will work. Take a gamecube controller (a cheap generic one will do) and push down the d-pad in all 4 directions at the same time. It might be that you will need to modify the controller to be able to push all 4 directions on the d-pad.
If that doesn't work, only thing you can do is sent it to Nintendo or buy a new one.
