Did you have Priiloader on the wii?
No, no Priiloader.
The firmware update per Wad File was bad, so donīt have can install the priiloader.
Did you have a NAND backup!
Yes.. flash with Infectus?
Emuhach, even with priiloader how would that help restore the NAND in this case? The only way I have heard to do it would be install some GC ports and use bootmii or flash the nand, both which require a soldering iron not priiloader. If there is a way to restore via priiloader I must know..... I also have a blue wii that I would like to restore.
Well, Im not emuhack, but I will try to answer your question since he isn't online right now :p. You cannot restore the nand from priiloader. If the OP had installed priiloader he would have been able to reinstall the system menu, which would have unbricked his Wii.

So would I be right to assume the only reason the NAND question was asked was because they didn't have priiloader to reinstall the system menu so the only option is to flash the NAND?
