    Wii stuck on preloader?

Okay so i got this wii for christmas, but when you turn it on its stuck on preloader v 0.28 and you get these error:
system menu: autobooting system menu, ticket not found
homebrew channel: error autobooting HBC. maybe title not installed
installed file: error autobooting file. try reinstalling

then i have this sd card formatted on fat but it says: could not find any executable files in the root of the sd card.
So what should i download and place in the SD card?

system menu says : no hacks.ini found
and i have the top 2 ''systemmenu'' in the settings and the rest are off.

Ok , i would like to play Zelda Skyward Sword on it, What should i do, im a total noob on the Wii.

edit: it says I'm on IOS v30, systemmenu v290

Download the HackMii Installer, unzip it, and place the included boot.elf in the root of your SD card. Load it with Preloader and install the Homebrew Channel and BootMii (be sure you install it as boot2 if that option is available, the IOS version will be installed automatically). Because you have an old version of Preloader, you won't be able to launch the HBC because the channel title changed (Nintendo started detecting it and removing it). You'll need to use the latest version of Priiloader. Format your SD card, download Priiloader, unzip it, then move the boot.dol file to the root of your SD card (remove the boot.elf from the HMI that you put in there earlier). Then load that through Preloader. After it installs, reboot your console while holding the Reset button. From the menu that pops up, select the Homebrew Channel and follow the Softmod ANY Wii guide (link in my sig) starting with the spoiler titled "Softmods with HOMEBREW CHANNEL installed." Complete the guide and you'll be all set (don't skip any of the optional steps, you'll need them to fix your brick).
